Hello YouTube today we're going to be building incident reports now I sound really excited because I finally figured out how to work it is taken me a little of time, and now I'm going to show you now everyone sees incident reports as these negative things Jimmy stuck under a rope his nose Sally bit Timmy that kind of stuff, but today Arndt reports they're going to be towards the positive and these incident reports will actually be able to be sent out to parents they'll be able to send up to teachers to principals all depending on what the students' homeroom is it is a little labor-intensive, so we are going to break it down into two different parts the first part is going to be the actual creation of the survey using Google Forms as well as form Ranger and the second part is going to be really the analysis the sending out of the emails and the automation of everything using mule and also copy down I hope you guys are ready because I am super excited alright let's get started so to start off with this incident report form we have to first create the incident report form so let's open that Google Forms, and I'm just going to make it very simple today of course you can make it as elaborate as you want so let's start off with the title as a positive just because we're going to turn putting a nice twist on if it's not for the first question as always we want the student, and we're going to change it to a text type question so finish that and now this question is really the most important one for sending the emails out to the teachers and to the principal's, so we're going to choose a multiple-choice question, and we're just going to write class my grade classes name of class or year of grade or whatever you'd like I'm just going to name the class for now and let's think of some positive stuff to write I'll make another question, and I'll say what did this positive thing occur lunch recess class should we get enough for now, and then we'll think of a couple items so what happened that was positive that I'd like to report let's think about so what else can we say demonstrated leadership skills as you can don't kind of doing this on the fly hope to another student and of course is if this was going to be sent home to the parents you don't want to give all the details because even want the parents to ask the students about it one thing else works, and lastly I like five so let's pick something else so now like I said this is just a simple one, but we have name of student the class, and we're just going to leave class blank for now because in a couple seconds I'll show you how to fill it then we'll go when and what so now what I want to do I want to prepare all the classes and what this enables me to do, so I just clicked on view responses it is makes my form timeless, so I can reuse it next year say the teachers change around all that I have to do is come into this forum and modify the couple changes that happen making my life a ton easier rather than...
